READ BEFORE BUYINGCommissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artworks may be used for icons, banners, personal merch, etc -- but cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged for monetary purposes. I do not plan to offer works for commerical purposes.I have the right to acknowledge that the art that I have made is my own. I may repost a watermarked version of the work on social media such as my Twitter account.You may not feed my art into a generative AI.I reserve the right to reject your commission request for any reason, such as if I feel I am not skilled enough to complete the commission to your liking, or if the request falls under the "I CAN'T DRAW" category of my Artist Boundaries.Please provide visual references for me to work with (poses, character designs, props, etc), as that makes it easier for me to work on your commission, along with avoiding making unnecessary mistakes in the process. I am more likely to decline your request if there is a lack of visual references.PAYMENTI will be sending an invoice via PayPal. A deposit of 50% UPFRONT must be given before I can start working on your commission. THIS IS ONLY REFUNDABLE UP UNTIL I SEND YOU THE FIRST PROGRESS PHOTO.I WILL NOT REFUND OTHERWISE UNLESS THERE ARE ISSUES ON MY END, such as if I am unable to work on your piece because of technical or personal issues happening that are interfering with my work. I will give a full refund in those circumstances.I will also partially refund you (50% of what you have already paid) if I feel you are being too aggressive, rude, or otherwise inappropriate during the commission process. Please be respectful--this is meant to be a professional exchange.After the full sketch for the commission has been approved, you must pay the other 50% before I can continue working on the piece.COMMISSION PROCESS BREAKDOWNAll communication will be done via Twitter.I will send you progress shots of your commission periodically.The sketching stage is the best time to ask for revisions, as once I start lining and / or painting the sketch, it will be difficult for me to make changes. I will ask you if any changes are needed before moving on.At the end of the commission process, you will receive both a full res .png file for personal use & a .jpeg watermarked file for posting publicly. (Though, feel free to do whatever with them that doesn't infringe on anything stated within my Terms & Conditions)Time of completion is dependent on both the complexity of the commission and how busy I am. Please DM me regarding the specifics of your commission so that I can estimate time of completion.ARTIST'S VOWI will be upfront about if I am unable to work on your commission.
