READ BEFORE BUYINGCommissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Artworks may be used for icons, banners, personal posters, etc -- but cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged for monetary purposes. I am not offering commercial works as of right now.I have the right to acknowledge that the art that I have made is my own. I may repost a watermarked version of the work on social media such as my Twitter account.You may not feed my art into a generative AI.I reserve the right to reject your commission request for any reason, such as if I feel I am not skilled enough to complete the commission to your liking, or if the request falls under "I CANNOT DRAW."Please provide visual references for me to work with (poses, character designs, props, etc), as that makes it easier for me to work on your commission, along with avoiding making unnecessary mistakes in the process. I will likely decline your request if there is a lack of visual references within your initial request.PAYMENTI will be sending an invoice via PayPal. A deposit of 50% UPFRONT must be given before I can start working on your commission. THIS IS ONLY REFUNDABLE UP UNTIL I SEND YOU THE FIRST PROGRESS PHOTO.I WILL NOT REFUND OTHERWISE UNLESS THERE ARE ISSUES ON MY END, such as if I am unable to work on your piece because of technical or personal issues happening that are interfering with my work. I will give a full refund in those circumstances.I will also partially refund you (50% of what you have already paid) if I feel you are being too aggressive, rude, or otherwise inappropriate during the commission process. Please be respectful--this is supposed to be a professional exchange between an artist and a client.After the full sketch for the commission has been approved, you must pay the other 50% before I can continue working on the piece.COMMISSION PROCESS BREAKDOWNAll communication will be done via Twitter.I will send you progress shots of your commission periodically. You may not ask me to send you a progress shot unless it has been 7 days since I have sent you an update.If the current progress on your commission is visually not up to your liking, you may ask for minor revisions. Heavy altering, such as asking for too many revisions, will incur a fee*.Once I have sent the finalized artwork, you may ask for minor revisions. Anything more than 3 revision requests will incur a fee*.At the end of the commission process, you will receive both a full res .png file for personal use & a .jpeg watermarked file for posting publicly.*The fee (10% of the total price for each additional revision afterwards) must be paid in full before I can begin adjustments.ARTIST'S VOWI will be upfront about if I am unable to work on your commission. The fault of a commission not being properly delivered--if the client has been otherwise patient and respectful during the process--will fall solely on me, and so refunds can be negotiated and properly distributed.I will not use generative AI during any part of the commission progress.All refunds will be given out and I should not have any reason to withhold or delay them.All art I make will be made with love and hard work. :)CLIENT'S VOWBY COMMISSIONING FROM ME, THE ARTIST, YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED EVERYTHING WITHIN MY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
